Original job description

Archived listing. The details below describe a past opening.

RestoReach is the first and only pipeline generation consultancy + system, purpose-built for companies selling into the restaurant industry. We partner with the most innovative restaurant tech and services organizations to deliver targeted inbound & outbound acquisition systems across email, social, paid media, and emerging AI-powered channels.

We’re looking for a Sr. Business Development Representative, Inbound to turn that demand into qualified meetings for our clients. As one of the earliest hires at RestoReach, you’ll work directly with restaurant owners, operators, and decision-makers, representing innovative companies that help their businesses grow.

This role has a 70% inbound / 30% outbound split, with inbound leads supplied directly by RestoReach’s five-channel go-to-market system.

What You’ll Own

Inbound Lead Conversion:

Respond quickly to incoming leads (speed-to-lead is everything)
Uncover pain points, buying intent, and business needs
Handle objections and communicate each client’s value proposition
Book qualified meetings with our clients’ sales teams

Outbound Prospecting & Follow-Up:

Proactively engage target accounts through calls, email, and social
Re-engage prospects who previously expressed interest
Recover no-shows and nurture leads who aren’t ready to meet
Adapt your messaging across different clients, products, and restaurant segments

Pipeline Management & Optimization:

Maintain accurate lead records, qualification notes, and activity in CRM
Test messaging, objection handling, and follow-up approaches
Share prospect feedback with our GTM team to improve lead quality

What We’re Looking For

Someone who is unusually comfortable turning initial interest into a meaningful sales conversation:

You have 2–3+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, or inside sales roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding qualified meeting targets.
You are confident on the phone, ask thoughtful discovery questions, handle objections naturally, and know how to earn a next step without forcing one.
You are comfortable managing leads across multiple clients, learning different value propositions, and staying organized in a fast-moving environment.
Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
Previous experience working in restaurant technology, restaurant services, or restaurants themselves is a major bonus.

Compensation & Career Growth

$80,000 CAD OTE, consisting of base salary + variable compensation.
Early employee equity package
Direct pathway to Manager, Business Development (Inbound), with the opportunity to hire, coach, and lead a team of Inbound BDRs as RestoReach grows.

Why RestoReach

We’re growing quickly. We’ve added $38K MRR / $450K ARR in the last 3 weeks.
As our Sr. Business Development Representative, Inbound, you’ll work directly with the founders and help shape the qualification standards, sales playbooks, and follow-up processes behind our clients’ pipeline generation systems.
Join early, take meaningful ownership, and help build the business development team at a rapidly growing startup.

Please apply via LinkedIn Easy Apply and email your resume to brandon@restoreach.com

We look forward to hearing from you!
