The Community Manager is responsible for daily publishing, active listening, and front-line community engagement across all brand handles in English.
The Opportunity
Community Engagement & Escalation
- Manage daily outbound and inbound engagement across social media platforms.
- Craft tone-governed, creative responses adhering to brand guidelines and Rethink quality standards.
- Flag and escalate potential issues quickly following established risk management protocols.
Real-Time Moment Spotting
- Flag trending topics, viral comments, and user-generated content.
- Build warm, authentic relationships with community and advocates online.
Foster Strong Collaboration
- Work closely with Account Director and Social Strategist to inform content calendars based on community feedback.
- Maintain response banks, FAQ logs, and publishing calendars.
What you’ll bring:
- 2-4 years of experience managing social communities for major brands.
- Strong written communication skills with quick, witty conversational instincts.

Location: 720 King St. West, Toronto, ON Salary: $65K - $75K per year, pending experience
