The Community Manager is responsible for daily publishing, active listening, and front-line community engagement across all brand handles in English.

The Opportunity

Community Engagement & Escalation

Manage daily outbound and inbound engagement across social media platforms.
Craft tone-governed, creative responses adhering to brand guidelines and Rethink quality standards.
Flag and escalate potential issues quickly following established risk management protocols.

Real-Time Moment Spotting

Flag trending topics, viral comments, and user-generated content.
Build warm, authentic relationships with community and advocates online.

Foster Strong Collaboration

Work closely with Account Director and Social Strategist to inform content calendars based on community feedback.
Maintain response banks, FAQ logs, and publishing calendars.

What you’ll bring:

2-4 years of experience managing social communities for major brands.
Strong written communication skills with quick, witty conversational instincts.
