  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on responsibilities.
  • Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
  • Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous administrative, office, or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or other business applications.
  • Experience with scheduling, data entry, or document management.
  • Interest in learning new technology, including AI-enabled productivity tools.

The Ideal Candidate

You are friendly, curious, organized, and enjoy being busy. You take pride in doing your work well, are comfortable speaking with people on the phone, and like finding ways to make things run more smoothly.

You don't need years of experience. What matters most is your willingness to learn, your attention to detail, and your ability to take ownership of your responsibilities.

We offer the opportunity to gain experience across different areas of the business, learn new technologies, and take on additional responsibilities as the organization continues to grow.
