We are seeking a Senior IT Governance Analyst with extensive experience in technology governance, identity and access management, systems administration, and cloud environments. In this role, you will contribute to the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s IT governance practices. You will play a key role in identity and access management, governance of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, technology asset management, as well as supporting compliance and control activities. You will work closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, development, compliance teams, and various external partners to ensure effective, scalable governance aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Operational IT Governance

Maintain and enhance processes, procedures, registers, and controls related to IT governance.
Ensure the quality, consistency, and documentation of operational practices.
Participate in the continuous improvement of governance processes and tools.

Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Administer and support processes related to digital identities, security groups, roles, and privileged access.
Conduct periodic access reviews and ensure compliance with security best practices.
Document access-related processes and monitor requests and approvals.

Microsoft Platforms and Cloud Environments

Participate in the administration and enhancement of Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Purview environments.
Monitor configurations, controls, and governance practices associated with cloud platforms.
Collaborate with IT teams to optimize the use and security of cloud solutions.

IT Asset and Service Management

Contribute to the management and quality of technology asset data.
Participate in processing service requests and improving IT service management processes.
Utilize and support platforms such as ServiceNow or equivalent solutions.

IT Risk, Compliance and Controls

Support regulatory compliance activities and IT audits.
Participate in evidence collection, documentation of gaps, and implementation of corrective actions.
Contribute to the enhancement of technology risk management practices and IT controls.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in IT governance, identity and access management, systems administration, and cloud platform operations.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft 365.
Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent IT service management platforms.
Ability to analyze, document, and improve operational processes.
Strong communication, collaboration, and coordination skills within multidisciplinary teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in IT governance, IT operations, access management, systems administration, or technology service management.
Certifications or training in Azure, Microsoft 365, ITIL, IT service management, or systems administration are considered strong assets.

Principales responsabilités

Gouvernance TI opérationnelle

Maintenir et faire évoluer les processus, procédures, registres et contrôles liés à la gouvernance TI.
Assurer la qualité, la cohérence et la documentation des pratiques opérationnelles.
Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus et outils de gouvernance.

Gestion des identités et des accès (IAM)

Administrer et soutenir les processus liés aux identités numériques, aux groupes de sécurité, aux rôles et aux accès privilégiés.
Effectuer les revues périodiques d’accès et assurer le respect des meilleures pratiques de sécurité.
Documenter les processus liés aux accès et assurer le suivi des demandes et approbations.

Plateformes Microsoft et environnements infonuagiques

Participer à l’administration et à l’amélioration des environnements Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, Microsoft 365 et Microsoft Purview.
Assurer le suivi des configurations, des contrôles et des pratiques de gouvernance associées aux plateformes cloud.
Collaborer avec les équipes TI afin d’optimiser l’utilisation et la sécurité des solutions infonuagiques.

Gestion des actifs et des services TI

Contribuer à la gestion et à la qualité des données relatives aux actifs technologiques.
Participer au traitement des demandes de services et à l’amélioration des processus liés à la gestion des services TI.
Utiliser et soutenir des plateformes telles que ServiceNow ou des solutions équivalentes.

Risques, conformité et contrôles TI

Soutenir les activités de conformité réglementaire et les audits TI.
Participer à la collecte de preuves, à la documentation des écarts et à la mise en œuvre des mesures correctives.
Contribuer à l’amélioration des contrôles et des pratiques de gestion des risques technologiques.

Profil recherché

Expérience pratique en gouvernance TI, gestion des identités et des accès, administration de systèmes et exploitation de plateformes infonuagiques.
Connaissance approfondie de Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Purview et Microsoft 365.
Expérience avec ServiceNow ou des plateformes équivalentes de gestion des services TI.
Aptitudes marquées en communication, collaboration et coordination auprès d’équipes multidisciplinaires.
Excellente capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément dans un environnement en constante évolution.
Baccalauréat en technologie de l’information, informatique, administration, systèmes d’information ou dans un domaine connexe.
