8-10 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE software development with proven
expertise in Spring Boot.
Strong experience designing, developing, and deploying microservices-based
solutions using Spring Boot.
Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs and extensive knowledge of
integration patterns.
Deep experience with Kafka for event-driven architecture and asynchronous
communication.
Excellent understanding of software architecture principles, patterns, and best
practices.
Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities within software engineering
teams.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across
diverse teams.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, and other security best practices.
Ability to thrive in an agile development environment.
Familiarity with Datadog and Splunk for log monitoring.
