  • Senior Program Management: 8+ years of experience managing complex, large-scale software delivery programs as a Technical Program Manager (TPM).
  • QA & E2E Testing Expertise: Proven track record of managing massive-scale, multi-system integration testing (E2E), QA automation, performance, and regression cycles.
  • Multi-Team Coordination: Demonstrated success in leading programs that involve managing other lead roles (e.g., orchestrating 5+ QA Leads/teams simultaneously).
  • Technical Depth: Strong understanding of modern software architecture, integration technologies (APIs, microservices, cloud ecosystems), CI/CD pipelines, and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, Zephyr).
  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding executive presence, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to distill highly technical issues into clear business impacts.
  • Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who thrives in high-pressure environments and doesn't wait for direction to identify and solve critical delivery blockers.
