ReVisionz is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to guide our project teams in applying the Scrum framework across all areas of a project. You will be the Agile authority on the project, aligning delivery teams, Product Owners and client stakeholders around a shared cadence and a single, accurate view of progress.
Embedded with our project teams, you will keep work moving from sprint to sprint and sustain the rhythm that connects ReVisionz with its clients. Success means teams that plan realistically, deliver on their sprint commitments and become more self-organizing over time. This is a contract role, starting as soon as possible and running through December 31, 2026. The role may be extended into the new year, but we want to be transparent about the current term.

What You'll Do
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives, keeping each event focused, time-boxed and outcome-driven
- Remove impediments: Identify, escalate and resolve blockers that slow team progress, engaging internal and client stakeholders as needed
- Coach on Agile and Scrum: Coach team members, Product Owners and client teams on Agile and Scrum principles, roles and best practices
- Support backlog refinement: Partner with Product Owners to refine, prioritize and maintain a clear, sprint-ready backlog
- Manage delivery in Azure DevOps: Configure and maintain boards, iterations, work items and dashboards so delivery status is accurate and visible
- Report on sprint metrics: Track velocity, burndown and related measures, and report progress, risks and trends to project leadership and clients
- Coordinate across teams: Manage dependencies across multiple Scrum teams and project workstreams so work integrates smoothly
- Mentor and strengthen practice: Mentor other Scrum practitioners and promote consistent Agile practices across ReVisionz projects
What You'll Bring
- 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, including supporting multiple teams
- Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps to manage Agile delivery within the last 3 years (required)
- Client-facing experience in delivery, consulting or professional services environments is an asset
- Working knowledge of Scrum artifacts, events and roles, and of complementary Agile frameworks such as Kanban or SAFe is an asset
- Experience supporting software development, platform implementation or data and information management teams
- Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority
- Exposure to projects in industries such as oil & gas, chemicals, mining, power generation, food & beverage, manufacturing or industrial construction is an asset
- Active Scrum certification (CSM, PSM or SSM) is an asset

Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, coach teams and Product Owners, and maintain sprint-ready backlogs and accurate delivery information in Azure DevOps. Track and report sprint metrics, coordinate dependencies across teams, and mentor Scrum practitioners to strengthen consistent Agile practices.
Requirements
Requires at least five years of Scrum Master experience, including support for multiple teams, and hands-on Azure DevOps experience within the past three years. Client-facing delivery experience, knowledge of Scrum and complementary Agile frameworks, relevant project-team experience, strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills, industrial-sector exposure, and an active Scrum certification are assets.
