Original job description

REW.ca is seeking an exceptional Account Manager with serious sales acumen.

REW.ca is Western Canada’s leading real estate platform with millions of Canadians navigating their home search journeys each month with proven results. By combining innovative technology, deep market insights, and a seamless user experience, REW.ca empowers Homeseekers to find their perfect home. Our goal is to make real estate a more personal experience, guided by care, empathy, and innovation.

We’ve done this by carefully assembling a team of great people who have great ideas. One of those genius-level ideas is to make REW quite simply the best place in the world to work - and we’d like your help to get there.

And that’s where you come in.

We’re seeking an Account Manager to join our team. This role will be at the forefront of driving membership growth and building strong relationships with top real estate agents across Canada. By providing agents with REW’s suite of products, you empower them to connect with millions of homeseekers nationwide - all of whom utilize REW as their primary next home search tool. By implementing these tools, Top Agents will expand their reach, brand and grow their business.

As part of our Membership team, you’ll collaborate with some of the best agents in the country, leveraging innovative solutions and a supportive team environment to make a real impact. This is an opportunity to advance your career in sales and account management while at the same time, help shape the future of the real estate industry.

If you're highly professional, sales-driven, and ready to embark on an exciting journey with a forward-looking company, this opportunity could be perfect for you.

Rocking the Role.

We’re building long lasting relationships and partnerships in the industry.

Less transactional, more consultative. We have the region’s strongest homeseeker audience and the best-in-class tools to connect them with the home of their dreams. REW’s solutions deliver strong results.

With a Great Role comes Great Responsibilities.

Execute 30-40+ outbound calls daily, ensuring each interaction adds value and moves prospects closer to engagement.
Engage prospects in underserved markets to identify and nurture new business opportunities.
Effectively qualify leads to ensure alignment with REW's mission and the potential for long-term partnerships.
Uncover and understand client needs, tailoring offerings to maximize client satisfaction and conversion rates.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on driving membership growth.
Build strong customer relationships and develop a sustainable book of business in a fast paced environment.

Who you are is more important than where you’ve been.Qualifications.

Experience: 2-4 years in account management roles with measurable growth results, preferably in advertising, media, or other B2B segments. Real estate industry experience is a plus.
Communication: Ability to articulate value propositions clearly and compellingly.
Technical proficiency: Experience using CRM software to update, manage, and track sales activities.
Resilience: Highly motivated and able to handle rejection or unanswered calls while maintaining a positive, forward-moving attitude.
Strategic thinker: Ability to think beyond immediate sales and consider how each relationship can create long-term strategic value.
Networking: Strong networking skills to leverage existing relationships and build new ones within the industry.
Adaptability: Able to quickly adapt to new tools, strategies, and market changes, while maintaining performance in a dynamic sales environment.
Team player: Willingness to collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and other Sales professionals to maximize company growth.
Continuous learner: Committed to personal and professional development, including staying current on industry trends and sales techniques.
Performance: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is required.

Who you are and your life at REW.

You’re great at selling, tech-savvy, and customer focused - and ready to accelerate your sales career. This is a chance to join an established and hungry company where your work truly gets noticed. Your wins won’t just impact REW - they’ll create real value for customers through successful products backed by deep industry expertise.

As a key key player on an elite crew (not just another cog in a corporate machine), you’ll learn and collaborate with crew who bring 25 years of PropTech experience. You’ll be given the opportunity to develop your account portfolio and, over time, expand into new markets and territories.

What we can offer you.

We understand that you probably skipped from the top right down to here. You’re only human, after all. Here’s the part you were looking for:

Compensation for this role is a combination of base salary and commissions, with an overall annual OTE of $100,000. Opportunities exist to earn over and above this amount with higher performance.

In addition to competitive compensation, we provide comprehensive health and dental benefits, pension matching, birthday days off, and team events to keep you connected. We’ll make sure you have the tools to do your best work, from the right equipment to an office stocked with snacks.

At REW, we don’t operate in silos - you’ll have opportunities to work with and learn from colleagues across Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Product. With a talented team under one roof, it’s easy to share ideas, collaborate across functions, and gain exposure beyond your immediate role.

Help us make the best company in the world.

If you’re interested in helping to make a rapidly-growing real estate tech company one of the best places in the world to work, you should join our adventure. To apply, please include:

Your resume
A brief cover letter or video introduction explaining how your experience and vision align with REW's goals.

At REW, real estate is more than property - it’s people, relationships, and opportunity. If you’re ready to build the future of real estate with us, we’d love to hear from you.
