Key Responsibilities Service Area Oversight

Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight for all Ricoh-managed service areas, including:
- Mailroom
- Shipping & Receiving
- Facilities Production Coordination
- Employee Experience
- Facilities Assistance
- Events Coordination
Ensure services are delivered consistently, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations and established service standards.

Employee Experience Support

Support Employee Experience activities and initiatives, including:
- Receiving and managing incoming inventory
- Coordinating game orders and game launches
- Supporting special projects, requests, and other operational requirements
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure activities are completed accurately and within required timelines.

Team Leadership & Development

Provide leadership and oversight to Ricoh team members across assigned service areas.
Ensure employees receive the appropriate training, tools, and support required to perform their roles successfully.
Coach and develop team members, providing ongoing feedback and identifying opportunities for professional growth.
Promote a positive, collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused team environment.

Client & Facilities Partnership

Partner closely with the Senior Facilities Supervisor to:
- Meet or exceed established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings.
- Support new business initiatives and evolving client requirements.
- Continuously assess service delivery and recommend opportunities to enhance the client and employee experience.

Reporting & Operational Responsibilities

Prepare and provide a monthly management report to the client, including financial statistics, variances, monthly trends, and year-over-year sales comparisons.
Serve as a primary point of contact for external vendors, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Act as Project Manager for Facilities-related projects as assigned by the Senior Facilities Supervisor, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder expectations are effectively managed.
Provide support to other Ricoh service areas as business needs require.
Proactively identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions to support continuous improvement.
