  • Athletes & Ambassadors: Manage and scale our paid athlete, and ambassador programs, cultivating relationships, negotiating contracts, and leveraging partnerships for authentic product validation.
  • Global & Local Events: Spearhead event marketing logistics, ensuring a dominant brand presence at major industry festivals and grassroots races and local events through the location managers.
  • Communications Management: Develop and execute strategies for storytelling, content, emails and press releases. Own the email marketing lifecycle, developing automated flows, newsletters, and segmented campaigns to boost customer retention and lifetime value.
  • Team & Content Management: Direct, mentor, and collaborate with our internal creative team, content creators, and external partners to ensure a cohesive, premium brand voice across all channels.

  • Experience managing high-profile athlete or ambassador relationships, ideally within the mountain bike space.
  • Exceptional project management skills to juggle digital campaigns, physical events, and product launches simultaneously.
