We are building an AI-native platform that connects businesses with finance professionals and supports the management of engagements from initial requirements through completed delivery. Our aim is to make professional finance services more accessible, accountable, and scalable.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Technical Co-Founder with more than three years of hands-on software platform development experience and practical experience building AI workflows.

You will work directly with the founding team to shape RIGZLO’s technology strategy, lead platform development, and turn business needs into dependable product features.

This is a founding leadership role with hands-on engineering responsibilities. We are looking for someone who wants to build a company, take ownership of technical decisions, and share responsibility for its long-term success.

What You Will Own

Platform development and architecture

• Assess the existing platform, architecture, development processes, and technical priorities.
• Lead the development of secure, scalable features for business clients, finance professionals, and internal operations.
• Build and improve onboarding, engagement scoping, matching, milestone tracking, communications, and reporting.
• Establish practical standards for testing, documentation, deployment, monitoring, and reliability.
• Manage integrations with relevant third-party services and business tools.

AI workflows and delivery oversight

• Develop AI-assisted workflows for capturing client requirements and preparing structured engagement scopes.
• Build tools that support deadline monitoring, milestone updates, alerts, and escalation.
• Help professionals and oversight teams identify missing information and engagements requiring attention.
• Design human review and approval points for consequential decisions.
• Evaluate AI features for accuracy, usefulness, operating cost, and measurable business impact.

Technical leadership and founder collaboration

• Translate customer feedback and business priorities into a focused product roadmap.
• Work with the founders and existing development partners to coordinate delivery.
• Balance development speed with maintainability, security, and cost.
• Support fundraising through technical demonstrations and clear explanations of the platform’s architecture and roadmap.
• Help recruit and lead the engineering team as the company grows.

What We Are Looking For

• More than three years of experience building software platforms, with evidence of products or substantial features delivered to users.
• Strong full-stack engineering skills across frontend, backend, databases, and APIs.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI models into practical workflows, including prompts, orchestration, evaluation, and failure handling.
• Experience deploying and maintaining applications in cloud environments.
• Understanding of authentication, role-based access, data protection, and secure development practices.
• Ability to make sound technical decisions with limited resources and changing requirements.
• Clear communication with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• An ownership mindset and a strong interest in building RIGZLO as a co-founder.

Experience That Would Be Valuable

• SaaS, marketplace, fintech, accounting, or professional-services platforms.
• Workflow automation, document processing, or retrieval-augmented generation.
• Products involving sensitive business or financial information.
• Early-stage startups, customer discovery, or engineering team leadership.

Initial Priorities

During the first three months, you will work with the founding team to:

1. Review the platform and identify critical technical gaps.
2. Agree on a realistic roadmap tied to customer and operational needs.
3. Strengthen the core engagement and milestone workflows.
4. Deliver an initial AI-assisted oversight workflow with appropriate human review.
5. Establish measurable standards for reliability, development progress, and operating costs.

Equity and Compensation

The role is equity-compensated initially, with no salary before the funding round. Salary is intended to begin following a successful funding round, subject to the company’s funded budget and an agreed compensation package.

Equity allocation, vesting, responsibilities, and commitment expectations will be discussed with the selected candidate and documented in a formal agreement.
