  • Analyze customer, revenue, and cost data to understand the quality and durability of a business
  • Coordinate diligence workstreams and keep deal timelines on track
  • Prepare clear written recommendations for leadership
  • Help manage the handoff to operating teams after a deal closes
  • Contribute to internal reporting on performance of completed acquisitions
  • Take on ad hoc analysis and special projects as priorities shift

What We're Looking For

  • Background in banking, advisory, investing, or an in-house strategy or deal team
  • CPA, CFA, or a relevant post-secondary degree

  • Clear, concise writing and the confidence to present a point of view to senior leaders
  • Comfort working with recurring revenue business models is an asset
  • Self-directed, organized, and able to manage several priorities at once
  • Interest in building a long-term career in corporate development

What's Offered

  • Full benefits
  • Close working relationship with senior leadership
