This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading in a safety-critical industrial environment and wants to strengthen asset management, maintenance execution and people leadership capability.

Enjoy the outdoors year-round, with camping, fishing, hunting, hiking and boating throughout the summer and fall. Winter activities include groomed snowmobile and snowshoeing trails, as well as alpine and cross-country skiing, often beneath the Northern Lights.

Please note: The accountabilities for this role are currently under review. Fly-in-fly-out arrangements are not available. Relocation assistance is provided if applicable.

Coordinate equipment downtime, parts, materials, contractors and resources with Maintenance Planners, maintenance teams and the Operations Centre.
Solve operational and maintenance problems using established practices and precedents, while adapting plans to changing business needs.
Train team members, support capability development and provide input to employee performance evaluations.
