About The Role

We are looking for a Supervisor, Ore Delivery System (ODS), to lead the day-to-day organization and direction of production and development activities for a designated shift. In this role, you’ll help the team meet or exceed production goals in a safe, cost-effective and environmentally responsible manner, while creating clear expectations and supporting a positive crew environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys frontline leadership and wants to grow their impact in a safety-critical operation.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to the ODS Superintendent and working with maintenance and operations crews across shifts within the Ore Delivery System, you will

Lead IOC safety program activities and model safe behaviours through safety observations, group safety talks, planned inspections and incident investigations.
Ensure people, equipment and work areas comply with applicable safety policies and regulations by providing the required training, tools and monitoring.
Create a positive employee relations environment within the crew and across shifts through clear, respectful and consistent leadership.
Set clear work objectives and performance expectations to achieve safety and production targets.
Identify and address operating conditions that could cause equipment damage, production disruption or safety risk.
Allocate people and equipment based on employee capability, daily priorities and operating requirements to support safe crew performance.
Coordinate timely shift setup and communicate relevant operating conditions to the incoming shift to strengthen continuity.

Experience A record of executing work plans and supporting safe, reliable production outcomes through frontline leadership.
Qualifications A valid Class 5 driver’s licence.
Systems Experience using SAP for work management.
