Duties Of The Role
- Lead Fulfillment Centre (FC) team
- Manage daily operations within the Fulfillment Centre; order fulfillment, inbound operations, inventory control
- Key operational liaison with Customer Service Team, Customers and Transportation partners
- Health & Safety

- Recruit, Lead & Mentor FC Team

- College Diploma/University degree with 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, automated, case pick distribution environment
- In depth knowledge and record of leveraging the capabilities of Warehouse Management Systems
- Proven success in leading and developing high performing teams
- Material Handling equipment operation experience
- A strong inclination for continuous improvement
- A demonstrated history of meeting commitments and achieving success
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements of business (ie. working occasional Sundays)
