RISE Housing and Support Services has an opportunity for a skilled nurse with leadership experience to join the leadership team of our local intensive crisis residence. A successful candidate will enjoy supporting 8-12 residents during their stay with us, as they work toward recovery from a mental health crisis, while inspiring and supporting a team of dedicated professionals.
RISE Offers An RN Program Supervisor
- A starting base salary of $83,200 year
- A $3,000 bonus after 6 months of employment

Overview Of Job Responsibilities
- Supervising the program and program staff in collaboration with the Program Director
- Overseeing and supporting the delivery of services to our program participants
- Supporting the oversight and management of program budgets
- Ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations
- Engaging with community providers to maintain positive communication and referrals
- Modeling positive and appropriate behaviors and supporting professional development for staff
To Qualify You Must Have
- An LMHC or LCSW/LMSW with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- An ability to inspire a team of people in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal boundaries

- Clearance with all relevant background checks as per RISE policies and governing regulations
- Successful completion of RISE background checks, a valid driver’s license and a driving history acceptable to the RISE automobile policy
