Manage multi-entity financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements.
Oversee payroll processing, government remittances, and related compliance requirements.
Manage treasury functions, cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and working capital requirements.
Assist with the preparation of year-end audit schedules, tax working papers, and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to support annual reporting and compliance requirements.
Assist with the annual budgeting process, financial forecasting, and ongoing variance analysis.
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and overall financial reporting efficiency.
Provide financial insights and reporting to support management's decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

CPA designation is required.
Proven experience overseeing full-cycle accounting within a multi-entity environment.
Strong technical accounting knowledge, with experience managing financial reporting and month-end/year-end close processes.
Previous experience supervising, mentoring, or providing oversight to junior accounting professionals.
Hands-on experience with payroll, treasury, cash flow management, and government remittances.
Experience supporting external audits, tax working papers, budgeting, and forecasting.
Advanced proficiency with NetSuite and MS Excel is required.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently while partnering with senior leadership.
