Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and operational efficiencies.
Assist the Controller and accounting team with additional administrative and accounting responsibilities as required.

Qualifications & Experience

3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, including hands-on experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Strong experience managing the full accounts receivable cycle, including collections, customer account management, and reconciliations.
Experience processing accounts payable invoices and maintaining vendor accounts.
Experience working with an ERP system is required; SAP experience is a strong asset.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial data analysis and reconciliations.
Working knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and financial reporting processes.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is considered an asset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French is considered an asset.
