Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions aligned with business objectives

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry dynamics to inform strategy

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction

Prepare and manage sales forecasts, reporting, and performance metrics

Contribute to the development of annual business plans and long-term market strategies

*** Must have experience either working with or selling flat rolled steel***

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Experience with sales forecasting, CRM tools, and data-driven decision-making

Highly self-directed with the ability to operate independently in a regional role

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within BC

Industry experience within steel, metals, or manufacturing is considered an asset but not required.

Work Environment

Hybrid model with a mix of in-office, remote, and client-facing travel

Based in the Greater Vancouver Area

Regular travel within British Columbia, with occasional travel outside the province as required
