Key Responsibilities:

Manage product information, catalogue accuracy, pricing, and content across an extensive product portfolio of approximately 15,000 SKUs.
Lead CRM initiatives, including email marketing, customer segmentation, marketing automation, and customer engagement strategies.
Manage digital projects, website enhancements, platform integrations, and process improvement initiatives.
Monitor and analyze digital performance, develop KPI reporting, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
Support digital marketing budgets, ROI analysis, and business planning.
Provide guidance and oversight to supporting team members while collaborating with internal departments, external vendors, and international stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience developing and executing digital marketing and eCommerce strategies.
Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, website operations, product information management, and digital merchandising.
Experience with CRM, email marketing, customer segmentation, and marketing automation.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional digital projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
Strong analytical skills, including KPI reporting, performance optimization, and budget management.
Experience working with CMS, ERP, PIM, CRM, and analytics platforms.
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is considered an asset.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, Information Systems, or a related field.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

Opportunity to take ownership of a broad digital marketing and eCommerce portfolio.
