eCommerce & Digital Marketing Specialist
Our client is seeking an eCommerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to join their Marketing team in Oshawa, Ontario. This is a hands-on, execution-focused opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of eCommerce, website operations, product data and digital assets.
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of the company’s eCommerce website and digital platforms, including supporting a newly launching website. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented and technically capable, with the adaptability to learn new systems and manage a broad mix of digital responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the eCommerce website and related digital platforms
- Publish and maintain website content, product information, promotions and other digital updates
- Manage and maintain product information across approximately 15,000 SKUs, ensuring accuracy and consistency across digital channels
- Support new product onboarding, launches, merchandising updates, pricing and inventory information
- Maintain and organize product imagery, schematics, manuals, specifications and other digital assets
- Create, update and publish product schematics and exploded-view diagrams using Adobe Illustrator or similar software
- Support product photography and basic image editing, resizing and formatting
- Perform QA and UAT for website enhancements, promotions, integrations and new functionality
- Troubleshoot website, content, product data and platform-related issues
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, IT partners and external vendors
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager to support website enhancements, promotions and customer experience initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce operations, digital commerce, product information management, website administration, digital asset management or a related digital role
- Experience working with eCommerce websites and CMS, PIM, ERP or similar digital platforms
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with large volumes of product and catalogue data
- Experience with website QA, UAT, troubleshooting or digital platform support
- Comfort working with digital assets and Adobe Illustrator or similar creative software
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to accurately manage repetitive and data-heavy work
- Adaptable and comfortable learning new systems and technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Willingness to obtain a PAL (Possession and Acquisition Licence)
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), DAM systems, SAP CX, Salesforce Experience Cloud, product photography, basic HTML/CSS or similar tools is considered an asset but is not required.

In-office for the first six months, with the potential to transition to a hybrid model with 1–2 days working from home
