Following a recent go-live with Infosys across AP, AR, Cash, Record-to-Report, Inventory, and Payroll, we’re looking for a Financial Transformation Consultant/Manager to lead the review and optimization phase. This is a high-impact, hands-on engagement - you’ll be embedded with the team, conducting process deep dives, identifying root causes, and building the documentation and fixes that make the operation run properly long-term.
You’ll coordinate 15 offshore Infosys resources alongside a 6-person internal finance team. The work is practical and diagnostic - not theoretical advisory work.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deep dive into AP/AR/Cash/Record-to-Report and Complex Accounting (Inventory, Payroll) to identify and resolve systemic issues
- Reperform processes, ask the hard questions, and go beyond quick fixes to address root causes
- Review offshore team output and provide structured feedback and guidance
- Identify opportunities to consolidate workflows and improve approval processes
- Build written documentation, process guides, and training materials that stick
What you need:
- Strong core accounting background - trial balance, month-end close, management reporting
- Hands-on AR or AP experience at the transactional and control level
- Record-to-Report and payroll accounting experience
- Proven ability to lead and communicate clearly across both offshore and onshore teams
- Independent, ownership-driven mindset - you manage yourself and your workload
Nice to have: MS Dynamics F&O experience, multi-entity/intercompany background, offshore operations exposure, process documentation experience
