We are partnering with a growing global technology company to identify an FP&A Manager who will play a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making across North American operations.

Reporting to the Global Head of FP&A, this individual will support both Canadian and U.S. business units, partnering closely with finance and operational leaders across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who enjoys balancing day-to-day financial management with process improvements, systems initiatives, and business partnering in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for multiple business units.
Develop and maintain P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow models to support financial planning and decision-making.
Deliver insightful financial analysis, variance reporting, and performance metrics for senior leadership.
Partner with business leaders to provide financial guidance and support strategic initiatives.
Drive process improvements and help enhance FP&A reporting, planning, and forecasting capabilities.
Support systems and business transformation initiatives, including financial planning and reporting tools.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and planning data.
Assist with board, executive, and management reporting requirements.
Take ownership of key projects while managing ongoing financial reporting and analysis responsibilities.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related fields.
Strong financial modelling experience, including three-statement modelling (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow).
Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated project management and process improvement capabilities.
Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
CPA designation or progress toward completion is considered an asset but is not required.
Experience with financial planning systems such as Workday Adaptive Planning is highly desirable.
