  • Collaborate with leadership and the Board to identify people-related risks, provide recommendations, and ensure appropriate follow-up on employee relations matters.
  • Lead the annual performance review process, ensuring reviews are completed on schedule and employee development goals are documented and monitored.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and reporting tools while ensuring confidentiality, data integrity, and compliance with applicable legislation.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR best practices, and evolving workplace requirements across all areas of the employee lifecycle.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance HR processes, systems, reporting tools, and the overall employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with ADP or similar payroll systems is an asset.

What We're Looking For

  • A naturally curious HR professional with experience supporting and leading organizational change initiatives.
  • A personable, approachable, and relationship-driven HR professional who enjoys being visible and accessible to employees.
  • Comfortable operating in a hands-on environment where HR processes continue to evolve and improve.
