- Conduct regular audits of HR data and processes to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
- Maintain reporting procedures and backup processes to ensure business continuity.
Leadership & Process Improvement
- Supervise, mentor, and support an HR Analyst through technical guidance, workload management, and performance feedback.
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows, improve efficiency, and streamline HR processes.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, user guides, and training materials.
- Monitor system updates, coordinate testing, and minimize disruptions associated with upgrades or configuration changes.
Risk Management & Compliance
- Ensure HR technology, data storage, and system access practices align with applicable privacy legislation and internal policies.
- Identify potential system, data, and operational risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Maintain appropriate security controls and support the integrity and confidentiality of employee information.
