Integrations and System Support

  • Help support existing integrations and participate in future implementation and enhancement efforts.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and assist with testing as needed.
  • Work with external partners and internal teams to strengthen system capabilities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert business needs into scalable Workday solutions.

  • Encourage adoption of new features and promote Workday best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Workday administration, HRIS, or a Workday Analyst role.
  • Solid knowledge of Workday configuration and HR business process design.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, and Core HCM.
