Service Desk Escalations and Operations
- Handle Tier 2 escalations from the service desk
- Monitor systems and respond to alerts and incidents
- Support ongoing maintenance and issue resolution across client environments
Client Interaction
- Communicate clearly and professionally with client stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
- Translate technical issues into clear, understandable language for non‑technical audiences
Operational Discipline
- Document all work accurately and consistently
- Maintain accurate time tracking and task updates
- Follow established internal processes, standards, and best practices

- Excellent communication skills with a client‑service mindset
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively in a client‑focused environment
- Professional, reliable, and adaptable with a strong problem‑solving orientation
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry certifications (e.g., entry‑ to mid‑level infrastructure or networking certifications)
- Exposure to IT service management practices
- Experience working with ticketing systems
- Scripting or automation experience (e.g., PowerShell)
Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel locally to client sites as needed
- Comfortable working hands‑on with IT infrastructure, including servers and network equipment
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting and handling equipment
