🚀 We're Hiring: Manager, Financial Accounting

Are you a finance leader who thrives on driving accuracy, continuous improvement, and strategic business insights? We're looking for a Manager, Financial Accounting to join a growing organization where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping financial performance and supporting key business decisions.

What You'll Do

As the Manager, Financial Accounting, you'll lead the organization's financial accounting function, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting while providing valuable analysis to support operational and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

✅ Leading monthly and annual financial close processes

✅ Preparing and reviewing financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules

✅ Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies

✅ Strengthening internal controls and improving financial processes

✅ Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

✅ Providing meaningful financial insights, variance analysis, and performance reporting to senior leadership

✅ Leading audit activities and implementing continuous improvement recommendations

✅ Developing financial models to support business initiatives and strategic growth

✅ Supporting treasury, cash flow forecasting, and working capital management
