Product Program Manager (iMIS / AMS)
We are seeking a Product Program Manager to lead the strategy, optimization, and ongoing evolution of our iMIS (AMS) platform. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, owning the roadmap and ensuring the system effectively supports membership services, operations, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the iMIS product roadmap, aligning enhancements with business priorities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize backlog items
- Oversee system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades within the iMIS environment
- Act as the primary liaison with vendors (ASI) and external partners
- Drive cross-functional delivery across membership, finance, and operations teams
- Ensure data integrity, reporting capabilities, and overall system performance
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, or Business Systems roles
- Hands-on experience with iMIS (ASI) or similar AMS/CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of membership-based, association, or non-profit environments
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders, roadmaps, and system enhancements
- Experience with systems integrations, reporting, and process improvement
Nice to Have
- Experience in associations, regulatory bodies, or certification organizations
- Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, or data management
