We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a large enterprise organization on a high-profile initiative focused on managing and transforming physical and digital customer documents.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned PM who excels at stakeholder management, project governance, and coordinating cross-functional teams in a complex environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage one or more project mandates simultaneously.
- Coordinate activities across business and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Drive project planning, execution, status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Work closely with teams responsible for physical and digital document management.
- Ensure changes implemented by various teams are accurately reflected in customer-facing documentation.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and facilitate alignment across multiple groups.
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones.
Required Experience
- Senior Project Management experience within large enterprise environments.
- Strong PMO, governance, planning, and reporting skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to quickly learn new business processes and environments.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Insurance industry experience.
- Experience managing digital, customer communications, or marketing-related initiatives.
- Exposure to document management or document transformation projects.
- Familiarity with platforms such as EngageOne or other document management solutions.
Contract Details
- 6-month contract to start with strong extension potential.
- Hybrid work model (2 days per week onsite).
- Immediate start preferred.
