Robert Half is hiring three Senior Associates to join our growing recruitment team, one each in Finance & Accounting, Legal, and Human Resources/Business Support. These opportunities are all part of teams, allowing you to build your own success, as well as partnering with colleagues to co-broker on placements. You're not starting from zero. About the Role

This is a true 360 recruitment role. You'll run your own client portfolio, win new business, and lead assignments from first conversation to placement, becoming a trusted advisor to the businesses and professionals in your market. Responsibilities

Grow existing accounts and win new clients within your specialty
Meet with hiring leaders to understand their business, team and talent needs
Develop recruitment strategies and bring market insight to your clients
Manage every assignment from initial client conversation through offer, negotiation and placement
Manage your own pipeline, activity and revenue goals
Partner with colleagues across Robert Half to uncover cross-selling and broader talent opportunities

Qualifications

1+ year of recruitment agency experience, or a strong track record in a comparable environment
A track record of building relationships and delivering results
A consultative approach with clients and candidates
A genuine interest in your chosen market
An entrepreneurial, self-motivated mindset and the resilience to see things through

Pay range and compensation package
