Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join a collaborative and mission-driven finance team supporting a complex, multi-entity organization. This role offers exposure to budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, process improvement initiatives, and strategic business partnering across several operating divisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for assigned business units.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis, variance reporting, and management reporting packages.
- Partner with operational leaders to develop budgets, monitor performance, and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
- Analyze trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve financial and operational performance.
- Support intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and reporting across multiple entities.
- Assist with year-end activities, audits, and financial reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and enhanced reporting capabilities.
- Participate in finance transformation initiatives, including system enhancements and workflow optimization projects.
- Support special projects and ad hoc analysis as required.
Qualifications
- CPA designation or CPA finalist strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, or corporate finance.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including advanced analytical and modelling capabilities.
- Experience working with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NAV, or other Microsoft Dynamics platforms is considered an asset.
- Experience in a multi-entity, shared services, or complex organizational environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to effectively partner with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $95,000 - $100,000
