Our client, an established organization is seeking a motivated and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking to expand their experience, contribute to business performance, and grow within a collaborative and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Prepare financial reports and management presentations.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with operating plans, financial modelling, and variance analysis.
- Contribute to process improvements and other ad hoc financial analysis projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
- CPA designated or nearing completion of the CPA designation preferred.
- Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and translate findings into meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the business.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience within the real estate industry is considered an asset but is not required.
