Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private clients, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction:
Robertson is seeking a skilled Business Analyst V to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

Contract Period: 12 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: Starting form $70 per hour
Location: Ontario, ON
Location Type: Hybrid
Business Hours: Monday-Friday, Core business hours

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain documentation and artifacts, including process flows, requirements, decisions, and reference materials, and keep them organized in the right repository
Run meetings smoothly by scheduling or attending sessions, capturing minutes, tracking decisions, and following up on open items
Support the knowledge graph side project with analysis, coordination, and documentation as the work evolves
Handle access management tasks by coordinating who needs access, validating requests, and ensuring proper approvals and tracking
Keep delivery on track by monitoring status, risks, and dependencies, and by keeping documentation up to date so everyone has a reliable source of truth

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science required
8 years of Program management experience required
5+ years of risk management within FI or healthcare (highly regulated environments)
5+ years of Business or Data Analyst experiences
3+ years of Business/Data Analyst experience
Understand concepts of Project Management and Agile mindset (documentations, road mapping etc.)
Writing technical documentation skills
Reading and writing code within Python and SQL
Jira, Confluence, Clarity, SharePoint experience
CoPilot experience
Any AI, Data science or Cloud certifications
Data Science background

Responsibilities

Requirements

A degree in Computer Science, eight years of program management experience, at least five years of risk management experience in a highly regulated environment, and business or data analysis experience are required. Candidates should have technical documentation skills, be able to read and write Python and SQL, understand project management and Agile practices, and have experience with Jira, Confluence, Clarity, and SharePoint.
