Review files prepared by staff and provide constructive feedback, coaching, and development
Identify technical issues, provide recommendations, and ensure quality standards are maintained
Work closely with Senior Managers and Partners across the practice
Support the continued growth and development of the Private Enterprise group
Identify opportunities to improve processes, service delivery, and client engagement

What you will bring to this role:

Canadian CPA designation strongly preferred
Strong technical accounting knowledge and the ability to independently review files
Previous experience supervising, mentoring, and developing staff
Strong client relationship management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities
Comfortable working in a hands-on, collaborative public accounting environment

Additional Qualifications:

US CPA designation or US tax experience would be considered an asset
Exposure to US personal tax is also valuable
Candidates with broader assurance experience will be considered, provided they have strong compilation and corporate tax experience

Team & Leadership Structure:

Manager:

Reports to the Senior Manager and Partners
Provides leadership and oversight to approximately 5 to 6 junior staff
Manages client engagements and supports the development of the team

Senior Manager:

Reports directly to the Partners

Helps oversee the existing Manager, current Senior Manager, and approximately 5 to 6 junior staff
Plays an active role in practice development and team leadership

Why Consider This Opportunity:

Clear long-term career progression, with potential to advance toward Partnership
