Program Manager - IT V

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings.  They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private clients, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
 
Introduction:
Robertson is seeking a skilled Program Manager - IT V to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

Contract Period: 15 months
Pay Rate: Starting form $70 per hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Location Type: Hybrid
Business Hours: Monday-Friday, Core business hours
 
Job Responsibilities:

• Lead ELT Delegate Engagement Program activities and deliverable
• 60% meeting to check progress of the project
• Facilitate governance meetings, workshops, and onboarding sessions
• Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and action items
• Conduct data landscape and ownership assessments
• Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and progress reports
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive accountability and decision-making
• Escalate and resolve governance-related issues and risks
• Drive governance adoption and continuous improvement initiatives
  

• Bachelor’s degree in business required
• 7-10+ years of experience, including at least 5 years leading enterprise data governance, data management, or transformation initiatives
• Enterprise Data Governance experience
• Strong Program/Project Management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in large, regulated organizations
• Executive stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills, including presentation development and delivery to senior leadership
• Experience implementing or operationalizing enterprise data governance operating models
• Change management and organizational transformation experience
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CDMP, DAMA, CBIP, or equivalent
