Original job description

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private clients, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction:

Robertson is seeking a skilled Program Manager, Non-IT IV to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

Contract Period: 12 months with potential to extend
Pay Rate: Starting form $64 per hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Location Type: Hybrid
Business Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Manage Data Governance roadmap and delivery initiatives
Gather and document business requirements
Create and prioritize epics, features, and user stories
Lead agile ceremonies and coordinate delivery teams
Engage stakeholders across business and technology groups
Monitor project risks, dependencies, and progress
Develop executive presentations, status reports, and business cases
Drive governance adoption, training, and change management activities
Track KPIs, adoption metrics, and value realization

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field required
8+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Management, Data Governance, Data & Analytics, or Enterprise Technology delivery required
Experienced Program Manager with a strong background in Data Governance, Data & Analytics, enterprise technology implementations, agile delivery, stakeholder management, and organizational change management
Strong Program/Product Management experience with Agile delivery methodologies
Business acumen should be there
Data Governance expertise, including metadata management, data quality, lineage, data access, governance controls, and regulatory compliance
Experience working with enterprise data platforms and technologies such as Databricks Unity Catalog, Microsoft Azure, Informatica IDMC, Power BI, JIRA, and related analytics tools
Financial services or Insurance regulated industry experience, consultant experience
Experience developing governance operating models and business cases
Certifications in Agile, Scrum, PMP, Data Governance, Cloud Technologies, or Product Management
