Program Manager, Non-IT IV

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings.  They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private clients, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

 
Introduction:

Robertson is seeking a skilled Program Manager, Non-IT IV to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

Contract Period: 12 months with potential to extend
Pay Rate: Starting form $64 per hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Location Type: Hybrid
Business Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 
Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Data Governance roadmap and delivery initiatives
• Gather and document business requirements
• Create and prioritize epics, features, and user stories
• Lead agile ceremonies and coordinate delivery teams
• Engage stakeholders across business and technology groups
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and progress
• Develop executive presentations, status reports, and business cases
• Drive governance adoption, training, and change management activities
• Track KPIs, adoption metrics, and value realization

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field required
• 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Management, Data Governance, Data & Analytics, or Enterprise Technology delivery required
• Experienced Program Manager with a strong background in Data Governance, Data & Analytics, enterprise technology implementations, agile delivery, stakeholder management, and organizational change management
• Strong Program/Product Management experience with Agile delivery methodologies
• Business acumen should be there
• Data Governance expertise, including metadata management, data quality, lineage, data access, governance controls, and regulatory compliance
• Experience working with enterprise data platforms and technologies such as Databricks Unity Catalog, Microsoft Azure, Informatica IDMC, Power BI, JIRA, and related analytics tools
• Financial services or Insurance regulated industry experience, consultant experience
• Experience developing governance operating models and business cases
• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, PMP, Data Governance, Cloud Technologies, or Product Management
