Job Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:
- The Vendor Manager is responsible for managing Third Party Business Arrangements throughout all stages of the Third-Party Management Lifecycle (TPML)
- This role involves monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on vendor performance, ensuring compliance with relevant frameworks and policies, and mitigating risks associated with vendor relationships
- The position requires a deep understanding of vendor management principles and the ability to lead complex projects while collaborating with various stakeholders
- Manage Third Party Business Arrangements through all stages of the TPML
- Monitor, analyze, and report on vendor performance against SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs
- Identify and escalate issues to mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships
- Lead problem resolution for complex issues and provide subject matter expertise
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with policies and standards
- Conduct internal and external research projects and support the development of presentations to management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business needs and manage transitions or terminations of vendors
- University degree required
- 5+ years of Vendor Management experience
- 5+ years of experience with Third-Party Management Lifecycle
- Banking Experience (strong asset)
- Prior risk assessment experience
- Project Management experience – ability to lead, plan, implement, and evaluate project activities
- Familiarity with procurement platforms such as Coupa and Ariba
- CSP or PMP certification

Responsibilities

Requirements
A university degree and at least five years of vendor management and Third-Party Management Lifecycle experience are required; banking experience is a strong asset.
