Our Counter Sales Representative will have a direct impact on our customers by providing exceptional, personalized service at our new Cranbrook location. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new branch from the beginning, help build strong customer relationships, and contribute to establishing ROBINSON’s presence in the community. What you will do:

• Provide information to customers about products, services, pricing, promotions, and delivery
• Enter orders into the system
• Fill customer orders promptly and accurately
• Handle customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner
• Stock shelves and maintain warehouse aisles
• Conduct stock checks for customers and other branches
• Assist in shipping and receiving as required
• General warehouse duties as required

About You:

• You have a strong customer service background
• You have a solid understanding of plumbing products
• You are results oriented with strong attention to detail
• You will thrive in a fast paced environment
• You are self-motivated and enjoying working with others
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You are proficient with general computer programs

ROBINSON values your experience and recognizes the contributions you make to the success of our business. Your starting pay will be based on the skills and experience you bring to the role. In BC, employees in this position can expect to earn $45,000 to $57,000 per year, with opportunities to earn more as you grow and develop with us. Your salary will be supplemented with monthly bonus opportunities, annual profit share, wellness days, RRSP program and a generous benefits package.
