Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher based in Surrey, BC. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and managing the daily operations of our transportation services. This includes scheduling drivers, handling customer inquiries, monitoring shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The Dispatcher will also be responsible for maintaining communication with drivers, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and optimizing route efficiency.
