Develop, maintain, and enhance fraud dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting.
Produce recurring operational and performance reporting.
Monitor fraud detection strategies and identify optimization opportunities.
Translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
Partner with stakeholders across Fraud Operations, Risk, Finance, Product, Technology, and external vendors.

What you bring:

Exposure to predictive analytics, machine learning, or advanced analytical techniques.

Key Competencies

Analytical thinking and critical problem-solving
Investigative mindset and intellectual curiosity
Strong stakeholder communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Continuous learning and process improvement mindset

Additional Information

Fraud experience is considered an asset; however, candidates with strong analytical backgrounds in risk, telecommunications, banking, e-commerce, cybersecurity, or business intelligence are encouraged to apply.

We are seeking a strong analytical talent rather than a fraud subject matter expert. Candidates with exceptional data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills will be well positioned for success in this role.
