Who we're looking for:
The Inventory Analyst supports inventory integrity, availability, control, and optimization across the Network Supply Chain. The role manages inventory activities from receipt and storage through movement, returns, repairs, reconciliation, and disposition, ensuring compliance with financial, audit, and internal control requirements. As a member of the Network Inventory Management team, the Inventory Analyst serves as a primary point of contact for Rogers’s contractors, fostering strong working relationships and supporting effective inventory management at contractor yards.

  • Monitor inventory levels, availability, aging, usage, open orders, excess stock, and shortages; identify risks and recommend corrective action.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by reconciling physical stock with system records, investigating variances, and implementing corrective controls.
  • Partner with contractors, project teams, warehouses, logistics providers, and third-party service providers to coordinate returns and yard transfers, ensure policy compliance, support inventory management at contractor yards, and maintain visibility of materials when projects are completed or cancelled.
  • Coordinate repair and RMA activities, including approvals, quotations, purchase requisitions, vendor engagement, shipment, tracking, receipt, and closure.
  • Process receiving and inventory adjustments accurately and on time, with complete documentation and appropriate financial and project information.
  • Maintain item, part, and inventory master data to support accurate transactions, reporting, and traceability.
  • Support cycle counts, physical inventory, month-end and year-end reconciliation, and audit requirements.
  • Build and maintain the technical solution for RMA and inventory return workflows, including forms, automation, data integration, controls, SOPs, trackers, BI dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing process guidance, training, and support to internal teams and external partners.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, or business analysis, including returns, repairs, receiving, reconciliation, and inventory controls.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory lifecycle management, warehouse operations, material movements, master data, ERP transactions, and audit-compliant documentation.
  • Experience coordinating RMA and asset-return activities with contractors, warehouses, logistics providers, repair vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EBS, or a comparable ERP system.
  • Experience with Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, Tableau, or similar workflow and reporting tools is an asset.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • APICS, CPIM, CSCP, or a similar supply chain certification is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel and work in warehouse environments, including areas with varying temperatures and noise levels.
