Manager, Sales Program

The successful candidate is responsible for driving sales support on multiple initiatives from a program execution and compensation perspective. The Manager, Sales Program will report to the Sr. Manager, Sales Programs and will work closely with senior management and business unit leaders to develop, collaborate and strategize in delivering support for the channel. The work environment will be heavily team-based, requiring the individual to work in a collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will:

Manage programs such as targeted campaigns, and rate cards for third-party vendors, including budget tracking and monitoring.
Execute and support both large and small programs impacting Field Sales.
Write and manage communications for Field Sales.
Design, develop, and execute programs as required for Field Sales.
Act as the Field Sales subject matter expert (SME) across the organization.
Identify and resolve channel roadblocks through cross-functional collaboration.
Support Field Sales by collaborating with internal teams to create support materials and coordinate requirements such as new tools, events, and other initiatives.
Drive household, revenue, wireless, and ARPA performance across Field Sales teams by enabling the appropriate toolkits to address key market opportunities, including GPON upgrades, Atlantic region initiatives, high-value target areas, and low-penetration MDU opportunities.
Drive ARPA growth across MDU and SFU markets in all regions.
Gather and consolidate competitive intelligence from the field and collaborate with Competitive Intelligence, Pricing, and Marketing teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Home and Wireless Marketing team and represent Field Sales at cross-functional meetings.
Work with the Senior Manager on the oversight and development of field collateral and marketing materials.
Partner with senior managers to support local requirements that drive household, revenue, and wireless growth.
Support in-quarter channel performance and advocate cross-functionally to optimize channel outcomes.
Develop recommendations to assist senior management in making key business decisions.

Knowledge / Skills / Other Requirements:

5-8 years of telecommunications experience in sales or strategy-focused roles.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Confident presence and ability to work effectively with senior management.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong project management capabilities.
Outstanding planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
Strategic and critical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Results-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
Comfortable working with ambiguity.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
