Execute operating system and application upgrades, tuning, and patch management in alignment with company policies and standards.
Coordinate with external vendors to resolve issues related to services and platform performance.

What you bring:

Strong automation skills using Python and Bash; experience automating infrastructure, operational processes, provisioning, monitoring, and repetitive engineering tasks.
Strong understanding of the TCP/IP stack and network protocols, with hands-on experience using packet capture and protocol-analysis tools.
Good-to-have experience with Cisco Prime Cable Provisioning (PCP).

Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and TFTP technologies, including Infoblox solutions, is considered a strong asset but is not a mandatory requirement.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving abilities across software, operating systems, databases, and network infrastructure.
Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional engineering and software development teams.
