Revenue Growth & Program Analytics

Analyze customer, product, and revenue performance to identify growth opportunities within the existing subscriber base.
Develop business cases and recommendations for revenue-generating initiatives, including pricing changes, upsell and cross-sell programs, and customer segmentation strategies.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, subscriber growth, customer value, and program effectiveness.
Conduct post-launch analysis to measure initiative performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Customer Lifecycle Management

Support the design and execution of base management strategies focused on customer acquisition, migration, retention, and loyalty.
Partner with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that increase customer engagement and revenue.
Analyze customer behavior and usage patterns to uncover actionable insights and improve offer effectiveness.
Develop segmentation frameworks to better target offers and improve customer outcomes.

Strategic Insights & Decision Support

Translate complex data into meaningful insights and executive-level recommendations.
Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports for leadership stakeholders.
Conduct forecasting, scenario modeling, and revenue impact analyses to support strategic planning.
Evaluate competitive market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, Commercial, Technology, and Customer Experience teams.
Support initiative prioritization and roadmap development through data-driven recommendations.
Influence decision-making through strong analytical rigor and storytelling.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience in business analytics, revenue management, marketing analytics, commercial strategy, or related fields.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
Strong experience using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms.
Demonstrated ability to interpret large datasets and generate actionable business insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred

Experience within telecommunications, wireless, wireline, subscription, SaaS, or customer-based businesses.
Knowledge of customer lifecycle management, CRM, retention, pricing, or revenue optimization strategies.
Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling.
Familiarity with Python, R, Snowflake, Databricks, or cloud-based analytics platforms.
