- Client Trials & Service Support: Support the execution of DrillSpot client trials and pilot projects under direct managerial supervision.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve real-time communication drops, telemetry mismatches, and data transmission issues using standard industry protocols (e.g., WITSML).
- Vendor & Service Provider Coordination: Act as a technical point of contact with third-party service providers, MWD vendors, and rig-site data providers to verify and maintain uninterrupted data feeds across client projects.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with internal software, directional drilling, and technical support teams to integrate with ROGII tools and related directional drilling platforms.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of rig-site experience in MWD, Directional Drilling (DD), or related field operations with direct exposure to rig telemetry and drilling operations.
- Solid understanding of WITSML, real-time data streams, drilling data channels, and rig equipment.
