Who We Are
ROHL Global Networks Inc. is a diversified infrastructure company based in Western Canada, with expanding operations across North America. Originally established as a leading provider of telecommunications and utility infrastructure design and construction, ROHL has strategically grown into real estate development and management, solar energy systems, and power infrastructure, serving enterprise, government, and wholesale clients.
From building fiber optic and high-voltage systems to delivering solar farms and enabling AI-driven data centers and EV infrastructure, ROHL plays a critical role in powering the future of Canada’s built environment.
Our network team is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Fiber Splicer/Network Technicians who are ready to hit the ground running, splicing and restoring fiber in the field one day and keeping our 1,200 km fiber network, head office, and remote points of presence (PoPs) powered and performing the next. If you enjoy hands-on work, thrive on solving problems under pressure, and want to see your work keep communities connected, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role
This hands-on role combines two core areas of work: fiber splicing and network maintenance. Responsibilities span both outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP) environments, including fiber splicing and testing, underground locates, optical equipment installation, network troubleshooting and preventative maintenance, and DC power plant maintenance.
