Who We Are

ROHL Global Networks Inc. is a diversified infrastructure company based in Western Canada, with expanding operations across North America. Originally established as a leading provider of telecommunications and utility infrastructure design and construction, ROHL has strategically grown into real estate development and management, solar energy systems, and power infrastructure, serving enterprise, government, and wholesale clients.

From building fiber optic and high-voltage systems to delivering solar farms and enabling AI-driven data centers and EV infrastructure, ROHL plays a critical role in powering the future of Canada’s built environment.

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and supporting a busy team. While Accounts Receivable will be a primary focus of this position, we're equally interested in finding someone who is adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable taking on a variety of financial and administrative responsibilities to support our Controller and the overall needs of the organization.

The Role

The Finance Coordinator provides on-site financial and operational support while serving as a key point of contact for finance-related inquiries. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting activities and coordinating financial information across the ROHL Group of Companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance & Accounts Receivable

  • Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable activities, including processing payments, deposits, account adjustments, and maintaining accurate customer account records.

  • Monitor outstanding receivables, follow up on overdue accounts, and prepare regular aging and receivables reports.

  • Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring transactions are properly documented and recorded.

  • Assist with account reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, and resolving outstanding balances as required.

  • Provide financial and administrative support to the Controller, including assisting with reporting, reconciliations, and other finance-related tasks as needed.

  • Support month-end and year-end activities by preparing documentation, organizing records, and assisting with assigned tasks.

  • Assist with additional Finance Department responsibilities and special projects as directed by the Controller.

  • Ensure financial records and activities are maintained in accordance with company policies and established procedures.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records, documentation, and filing systems.

  • Review invoices, financial documents, and supporting records for accuracy and completeness.

  • Assist with preparing reports, gathering financial information, and maintaining documentation for management as required.

  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Controller and Finance Department to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

  • Assist with office supplies, inventory, purchasing coordination, and other administrative requirements as needed.

  • Take on additional administrative responsibilities based on departmental priorities and operational needs.

Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as an on-site point of contact for routine finance-related inquiries, directing more complex matters to the Controller as appropriate.

  • Assist with coordinating financial information and documentation related to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and other Finance Department activities as required.

  • Communicate professionally with employees, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to respond to inquiries, obtain information, and resolve routine financial matters.

  • Work closely with the Controller and other departments to ensure timely communication, accurate information, and efficient financial processes.

  • Participate in departmental meetings and provide updates on assigned responsibilities as requested.

  • Support the Controller with other duties and responsibilities as assigned, adapting to changing departmental and organizational needs.

What you Bring

  • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, bookkeeping, finance administration, or a related administrative role is preferred.

  • Post-secondary education in accounting, business administration, or a related field is considered an asset.

  • Familiarity with Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, account reconciliations, and collections.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Experience working with accounting software or financial management systems is considered an asset.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial information and maintaining records.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, customers, vendors, and management.

  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and exercise sound judgment while recognizing when additional guidance or approval is required.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new processes and take on additional responsibilities.

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive financial information with professionalism and discretion.

  • A flexible, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support the Controller and other departments as operational needs evolve.
